The monograph systematically investigates the development of world finances caused by the circumstances of the pandemic shock, in which they are forced to exist both in terms of the transformation of world financial architecture and in the context of the functioning of the global financial market and its sectors. Based on the analysis of the essence and trends of the development of world finances in the conditions of coronacialsis, various approaches to the study of the theoretical, methodological and practical sides of the issue are presented. Particular attention is paid to improving the role of the state and supranational structures in the regulation of world finance and ensuring economic security, as well as the experience of specific countries and regions is analyzed in detail. A separate study in the work was carried out in the field of digitalization as a breakthrough trend in the development of national and international financial technologies.
