The training manual contains theoretical materials, examples of tasks and exercises, as well as cases on real-existing (or existing) companies on key topics of venture financing.
The manual was prepared on the topics of lectures read in the framework of the training courses Entrepreneurial finance and Finance management of an innovative company at Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov, and is intended for seminars and independent classes in these courses for students of the magistracy of the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University.
The key purpose of classes using the educational and methodological manual is to consolidate and deepen the lecture material and knowledge obtained from literary sources. At the same time, a training manual can be used both as the main and as auxiliary educational material for the training of students of economic specialties
