The influence of globalization, regionalization and new conditions for the protection of sovereignty on national financial constitutions is revealed. The transformation of various models of the financial constitution, taking into account the specifics of legal systems, is shown in a comparative plan. Particular attention was paid to the attitude of states to cryptocurrencies, the role of national banks, the activities of new financial institutions in the context of digitalization, the interaction of the state with global financial actors.
