This course of lectures is the result of the theoretical generalization of the processes of integration and consolidation of trade taking place in Russia, as a result of which new market entities - retail retail chains. The horizontal and vertical expansion of some of them led to the formation of integrated trading systems in the country, comparable in potential with the country"s largest industrial and financial corporations that form the mesourship of the economy with them. The lectures reveal the features of the formation and management, the economy of the retail network and the integrated trading system.
The book can be used to obtain theoretical knowledge, familiarization with practice and modern technologies used in retail networks, methods of state regulation of system formation in the trade sector.
