On the one hand, in university textbooks on the direction of training "management" and "state-owned and municipal management", as well as in books recommended to MBA listeners, many managerial terms are introduced and used. On the other hand, there is a regulatory framework (GOSTs, the arches of knowledge and collections of the recommended terms), which the authors of the books usually do not use. And managers are also weakly familiar with GOSTs and collections of recommended terms. The real reference book contains 484 definitions of the terms taken from this regulatory framework.
