The monographic publication considers the concepts of special knowledge in the conduct of forensic economic examinations, theoretical issues of assessing the competence of the expert of forensic economic examination, the legal status of an expert of forensic economic examination, as well as topical issues of the participation of a specialist-economist in legal proceedings.
