The book sets out methods and methods for introducing the international standard ISO 45001: 2018 "Smozbt" at enterprises of different sectors of activity, through systematization and process approach.
According to David Smith, Chairman of the ISO 45001 Development Committee of Health and Labor Protection (OHS), about 2.3 million occurs related to work, deaths a year, most of which (2 million) are the result poor health and illness. People in this category often experience prolonged diseases from prolonged exposure to the very probability of all kinds of risks. The process approach to the safety and labor protection management of a revolutionary change that formed the basis of the international standard ISO 45001: 2018. If the previous version reflected in the international standard OHSAS 18001: 2007 was built on the procedural model, i.e. A detailed description of actions, with complex hierarchical responsibility and powers, which often brought a formalized character, had a branched structure of responsibility and was difficult to perception, especially the local staff, then the process described in the ISO45001: 2018 standard has transparency to perform step -by -step tasks, simplicity Understanding and implementation of the necessary actions based on the risk of a oriented model.
Apparently, therefore, the International Labor Organization (MOT SUOT) delegated the powers of the International Organization of Standardization (ISO) to evaluate confirmation, with the further declaration and /or certification of labor protection and labor safety management systems.
The purpose of the book is the understanding, reform and perception of personnel responsible for managing the health and safety of labor, principles and basic provisions reflected in a process and systematic approach for more effective process management in relation to the requirements reflected in the international standard ISO 45001: 2018.
This book is an attempt to shift the requirements established in the quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) to build health and labor safety, using a process approach. It has examples of successful integration of the ISO 45001 international standard into the organization’s daily life. There is a clear step -by -step guide for the implementation of the system and a description of how it will work. This book gives recommendations for building instructions for resolving topical issues of modeling and implementing a process approach in the requirements of OZBT.
