The monograph is devoted to the study of the state and prospects for the development of the economy of innovation in the Russian Federation. The main emphasis is on the study of the problems of the formation of the economy of innovation in the regions of Russia. An original approach to the typification of the investment climate of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is proposed. The need to implement several models of a regional innovation policy aimed at the formation of regional innovative subsystems is substantiated.
