The legal basis for organizing mutual insurance in Russia: problems of theory and practice

The monograph discusses the legal essence of mutual insurance, the history of its occurrence and development from antiquity to the present day, is a comparative analysis of mutual insurance, cagid insurance of mutual lending and the cash desk of mutual insurance and mutual assistance. The role, value and content of the insurance contract for the implementation of reciprocity, the features of the organizational and legal form of mutual insurance companies, the legal nature and structure of relations between the company of mutual insurance and its members, the features of the implementation by the company of mutual insurance of reinsurance, compulsory insurance and participation of the company are also investigated.
