This edition is the 2nd edition of Dota, containing clarifications of 2004 and 2011. The terminological and conceptual apparatus “sufficiently general theory of management” - the most effective means of ensuring the mutual understanding of specialists of the relevant branches of knowledge - allows you to develop an understanding of the processes of management independently. That is, Dota is an understandable methodology for mastering new knowledge.
