Economic growth is an important factor in improving the standard of living of the population, which determines the need to search for existing laws and trends, and the study of its main components explains the differences in the level of economic development by levels - country, region, industry - in certain time periods.
In the real business practice, processes are observed that did not find a sufficient scientific explanation in order to come true in the life of the life of domestic enterprises. The crisis situation, which has become characteristic of many Russian industrial enterprises in recent years, has led to the realization of the need to change the methods of management, target orientation of enterprises, as well as an analysis of the influence of factors of the external and internal environment. The achievement of the goals in the conditions during the recession is possible only on the basis of the use of modern principles and methods of adaptive management of industrial enterprises.
Most of domestic enterprises that have traditionally had an established system of production and economic activity were unable to adequately and consciously respond to constantly changing environmental conditions due to the underdevelopment of market-based, adaptive management tools. The problem of adaptation of enterprises to changes in the external and internal environment has acquired new features, when the static state achieved by the enterprise becomes a temporary phenomenon due to a significant increase in the level of variability and the influence of uncertainty.
