The monographs analyzed the changes taking place in the economy related to the World Coronavirus Pandemia, the digitalization of almost all spheres of life, the acceleration of the fourth industrial revolution, and the proposals for the adaptation of the anti -crisis management system to new challenges both at the state level and at the level of companies.
A change in the role of the state and state anti -crisis policy in the context of global transformation has been considered, and key anti -crisis functions of the state have been formulated.
The need to introduce a new management concept into the business practitioner - bioetics of a business, which can be a response to serious challenges of the modern crisis. An updated paradigm of anti -crisis management is proposed as a method of adaptation to global transformation of the economy.
On the basis of the study of processes at the meso -level of the economy, the institutional and legal support of the model of sustainable industry development as a particularly important industry of the economy, as well as the mechanism of anti -crisis management of territories, was proposed.
