The competitiveness of socio-economic systems in the context of digital transformation of the economy

The monograph is devoted to the substantiation and development of a model of competitiveness of socio-economic systems (SES) using the example of the regions of the Russian Federation in a digital economy. The approaches to the development of a model of competitiveness of the SES are justified, a classification of factors and targeted indicators of increasing the competitiveness of the SES was carried out, and the key role of the innovative and technological factor has been identified. Methods of analyzing and evaluating the competitiveness of SES in a digital economy using a multifactorial mathematical model to develop recommendations for improving the strategic development programs of Russian regions.
