The monograph is devoted to the substantiation of the expediency and study of the prospects for improving the system of tax stimulating the investment-innovative activity of business entities. The first chapter discusses conceptual approaches to determining the investment and innovative activities of business entities, the causal relations of stimulating the investment-innovative activities of business entities were analyzed and the instrumentation of stimulating the investment and innovative activities of business entities. The second chapter analyzed the development of taxation in the Russian Federation in the aspect of its influence on the investment-innovative activity of business entities, the foreign experience of tax stimulation of investment and innovative activities of business entities was studied, and the problems of tax stimulation of investment and innovative activities of business entities in modern Russia were indicated. The third chapter substantiated prospects and recommendations are proposed to improve Russian practice of tax stimulation of investment and innovative activities of business entities, as well as their tested by the example of Volgostroy LLC.
