The textbook contains the basic volume of academic knowledge of tax law. It discusses the basic concepts, sources, principles and subjects of tax law, in an accessible form, the doctrine of taxes is stated. The system of taxes, fees and insurance premiums, as well as special tax regimes in force in the Russian Federation, is presented.
The key institutions of modern Russian tax law have been analyzed: elements of the legal composition of tax, tax obligation and its implementation, tax control and liability for violation of legislation on taxes and fees. Particular attention is paid to issues of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of taxpayers.
The textbook is intended for students of the faculty of the Faculty of Law of the Higher School of Economics and Legal Universities, as well as students of the continuing education system
