The monograph for the first time in domestic financial and legal science analyzes tax law enforcement as a category of the theory of tax law. The definition and signs of tax law enforcement have been formulated, its mechanism has been developed. The competence of the tax authorities in the context of modern practical problems of tax collection has been studied by presenting civil lawsuits. The problems of interpretation and proof during tax law enforcement are considered.
