The monograph contains an approach to solving the problem of increasing the throughput and processing abilities of sea ports in the context of limiting their territorial deployment and increasing the unevenness of external and internal cargo flows. The basis of the approach is the proposed system of the main parameters of the dry port and the methodology for simulating the functioning of the Sea Port - Dry Port system. The material is illustrated by examples of the implementation of the developed approach, including model scenarios of multiagent optimization of the parameters of the system under study. The proposed approach and the developed technique can be used to justify managerial decisions on the balanced development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of the regions of the placement of sea and dry ports.
