This monograph presents a new scientifically substantiated conceptual approach to ensuring the sustainable development of the banking sector through the prism of population incomes. The theoretical apparatus of the study of stability and sustainable development of the banking sector is systematized. The interdependent dynamics of households and indicators of the Russian banking sector is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the identification of the regions that determine the high risk for banks on the basis of regional differentiation of income of the population, using methods of economic and mathematical modeling. Practical recommendations have been formulated on the identification of high -risk regions for the sustainable development of the Unified National Banking Sector of Russia.
