The statistical methods used to solve the problems of product quality management and their implementation using computer technologies using the example of electric tables MS Excel, the StatPlus and Statistica systems. The first part of the workshop sets out methods of descriptive statistics, probability assessment of various discrete and continuous distributions, as well as checking parametric and non -parametric statistical hypotheses. The workshop is intended for students of technical universities studying the issues of quality management and services, in particular for students of the areas of training “Standardization and Metrology” and “Quality Management”, and can also be useful to students of other areas of training and all interested issues of statistical quality management
