The monograph is a scientific study of the basics of regulation, organization and implementation in the Republic of Tajikistan of state financial control in the field of budget relations. The concepts, essence, meaning and place of the Institute of State Financial Control in the field of budget relations in the system of financial law of Russia and Tajikistan have been investigated. The ratio of types and methods has been considered, the principles of state financial control in the field of budget relations were disclosed, and the practice of their implementation in Tajikistan was analyzed. Systematization of bodies with the authority to exercise state financial control in the field of budget relations determined the shortcomings in the mechanism of their interaction in the process of state financial control in the field of budgetary, and methods for their elimination were proposed. The legal analysis of international and national regulatory acts governing the procedure for the implementation of state financial control in the field of budget relations in the Republic of Tajikistan, practical recommendations for the development of state financial control in the field of budget relations and increasing its effectiveness based on the experience of Russia and a number of other foreign countries are proposed .
