The monographs reveal key socio-economic problems of the innovative economy: its content as an economy of knowledge and the role in evolutionary development, human capital (living intelligence) as the main resource of the innovative economy. Much attention is paid to the institutional support of innovation through the system of institutions and mutually beneficial contracts.
