This publication is the result of a comprehensive study in order to identify labor on insolvency (bankruptcy) related to the pre -revolutionary period. At the present stage of development of the Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy), when new issues arise in the field of legislative regulation and law enforcement practice, additional grounds for reflection are necessary, “new old” names that are most likely are not without attention are important. Due to the need to appeal to the private opinions of the authors, the emphasis is on periodicals.
This publication will be interested in both those who have been conducting research in the field of insolvency (bankruptcy) for many years, and those who have a desire to step on the path of an extraordinary and intriguing “competitive” process.
