The book contains all the changes made to the legislation that entered into force on January 1, 2019, adopted, but entered into force later, as well as planned (based on prepared bills) relating to settlements with employees and taxation of payments in favor of employees. The provisions of laws and legal normative acts that are contained in the book are not only quoted, and if necessary, in detail (sometimes, literally, according to) they understand. The norms of labor legislation in conjunction with the requirements of the Tax Code and vice versa are considered. All conclusions of the author, which cannot be reinforced with a direct reference to the legislative or legal act, are justified by specific situations, calculated examples and other methods.
