Quick-growing companies (BRK), or Gazelle (English High-Growth Firms, Gazelles), according to many studies, make a significant contribution to economic growth, the creation of new jobs, export and development of innovation. This report includes an overview of publications on the topic of BRK, based on the analysis of the large array of statistical data and tax reporting, characteristic features of Russian BRK were revealed. Based on the survey of companies related to one of the most economically promising segments of companies of this type, technological missile defense systems are shown the features of these companies. Summarized data on growth trajectories, success factors, portrait of a leader - the owner of Russian technological BRK. The tools used by these companies are analyzed and requests to expand the diversity and coverage of such tools.
