Rules for labor protection during the operation of thermal power plants establish state regulatory requirements for labor protection during the operation of the following thermal power plants, including working under pressure:
1) production, production-heating and heating boiler rooms with absolute pressure of a steam of not more than 4.0 MPa and with a water temperature of not more than 200 ° C, using all types of organic fuel, as well as non-traditional renewable energy resources,
2) steam and water heating networks of all appointments, including pumping stations, condensate collection and return systems and other network structures,
3) the heat consumption systems of all appointments (technological, heating, ventilation, hot water supply, air conditioning), heat -consuming units, thermal consumer networks, heating points, other structures of a similar purpose,
4) central and individual thermal points, pumping stations of all appointments,
5) heat exchangers of all appointments,
6) tanks for storing fuel, chemicals and hot water.
Rules do not apply to thermal power plants:
- thermal power plants,
- sea and river vessels and floating funds,
- rolling stock of railway and road transport
