The book contains a detailed commentary on the resolution of the Plenum of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation dated November 26, 2019 No. 48 "On the practice of applying the laws of legislation on liability for tax crimes.
For the correct, accurate application of the norms on liability for tax crimes, it is not enough to test the text of the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - deep knowledge of tax legislation, accounting and reporting rules, and the practice of their application are needed. This comment is the result of the joint work of lawyers who are deeply versed in criminal law, tax, accounting and forensic aspects of responsibility for tax evasion and other crimes in this area.
