In the XXI century, the domestic book publishing entered a new stage. And the point is not even in the symbolism of the beginning of the new millennium and, therefore, a certain new reference. The 1990s were awarded with numerous socio-economic shocks, and in the 2000s the era of stability began in our country. In these favorable conditions, the Russian book got the opportunity to calmly analyze its past (primarily Soviet experience), soberly evaluate the present and clearly indicate the vectors of movement into the future.
