The content of this textbook is the disclosure of the main theoretical and methodological issues related to the management of reliability and stability of the supply chains based on the methods of classical theory of reliability, risk management methods and optimization methods of mathematical programming.
The first section of the textbook is devoted to the methods of classical theory of reliability, the theory of risk management, methods of making decisions in conditions of uncertainty, risk and conflict, the application of which allows you to increase the reliability of logistics processes. The second section considers the application of optimization methods to increase the reliability of logistics operations in supplies. At the end of each chapter, control issues and tasks for independent study are presented, as well as practical tasks. Examples of constructing algorithms for solving the problems in question in the environment are given.
