This collective monograph is devoted to the theoretical analysis and systematization of the practice of applying the Institute of Insolvency (Bankruptcy), as well as the study of problems related to the use of this institution in modern conditions, predetermined by the complication of the functioning of the national economy and the financial situation of a significant number of participants in economic turnover.
