The aim of this textbook is the formation of a system of theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of evaluating real estate objects. The basic concepts are given: real estate, real estate market, real estate assessment, type of value, goals and principles of assessment. The main approaches and methods of real estate assessment are presented taking into account the Russian practice of evaluation and the latest changes in the legislation governing evaluative activities.
