The monograph presents the experience of legal regulation and financial support of public procurement of foreign countries. The work did not set the task of a thorough analysis of the organization of public procurement in all countries of the world. The author considered only those countries and aspects of scientific interest in terms of positive legal regulation and comprehensive financial support for public procurement. The information, materials, examples and law enforcement practice used in the study will contribute not only to the formation of the Russian concept of legal regulation of the contract system in the field of procurement, but also to an effective expenditure of budget funds.
