At the moment, for organizational psychology, a serious scientific problem is an analysis of the goals and processes of the life of organizations with the help of such a necessary and sufficient number of complex variables that would bring us closer to clarification of the essence. The difficulty lies in the fact that these complex variables can have a different nature, for example, material, mental, social, technological, etc. In addition, the elements of the organization and the connection between them are a complex multicomponent phenomenon, the main characteristics of which change over time.
Thus, the book raises an important theoretical, methodological and practical scientific problem - the inconsistency of technocratic approaches (mechanistic, bureaucratic) to the analysis of existing organizations in the deterministic environment, to create new organizations in a situation of the uncertainty of the transition environment, where the concept of the initiator is The key stage in the life cycle. Overcoming this inconsistency is possible by theoretical conceptualization and empirical verification of the psychological content of organizations as the basis for the study, design and change of organizations in the context of a transitional extraorganized environment
