The book is devoted to those issues of psychology and organizing family business that have not received due attention in Russian publications. Based on the theory of Z. Freud and E. Erickson, the authors examine in detail the ratio of "love" and "work", two basic values, to detect and solve problems in family business. The combination of psychodynamic analysis and the family-system approach, the rich personal experience of counseling, the attraction of visual cases contribute to the creation of a large-scale picture of relations in the family and business.
