Program-target methods of public financial management. Textbook

The course of "program-targeted methods of public finances" management is included in the obligatory part of the curriculum for students studying under the program program "Finance of the State Sector" (direction of training 04/38/08 "Finance and Credit")
The textbook is fully consistent with the new state educational standard. Particular attention is paid to program and targeted methods for managing public finance, their content and value. The need and significance of targeted programs, their classification and characteristics, the basis for the formation of a federal address investment program and their role as an instrument for implementing state investment policy are considered. The need for the formation of the program budget and its role in the implementation of state financial policy is updated.
Along with theoretical provisions, the textbook provides an analysis of the problems of modern practice. Each chapter is equipped with control questions.
