The book reveals inconspicuous “springs” of a mechanism that gives companies and their employees a developing character. In conditions of rapid changes, it is precisely him that an increase in productivity, increased responsibility, increase the effectiveness, profitability and all that are usually understood by the success of the business. Examples and analytical analogies prove that the main resource of this mechanism is a controlled internal contradiction. In this sense, the book is a substantiation of a method based on such a resource.
The method presented here is the result of a conceptual analysis of an amazing, but little -known in the rhetoric of pro -Western management of the experience of explosive rise in quality of activity. This is the experience of domestic origin 40 years long, known as a compass or organizational system of V. G. Vodyanov.
The publication is addressed to managers, heads of organizations studying and creating instruments of multiple strengthening the return of employees in activities under construction on the natural rise of their subjectivity
