The theory and practice of managing the safety of a modern organization in the personnel area of its activities is considered. The purpose of study is to form students" understanding of the role of personnel security as one of the factors that determine the competitiveness of any business entity, as well as the acquisition of professional competencies necessary for each effective leader.
