This textbook is devoted to the important section of modern management and personnel management-the organizational behavior of employees at enterprises of various legal forms and forms of ownership. The manual in an accessible and well -structured form outlines the main aspects of organizational behavior: the psychological foundations of interpersonal relations, the features of organizational culture, communication in the organization, group behavior of workers, conflict management, leadership problems, fundamental factors of labor motivation. Along with the illumination of theoretical provisions, test diagnostic methods and cases are given for the development of managerial skills.
