It is an author’s course of academic discipline “Theory of organization and organizational behavior” in the direction of “management” (magistracy) It provides students with relevant knowledge necessary for the formation of the competencies of the master"s management, taking into account modern trends in science and practice. In an accessible form, the content of the modern paradigm of the organization theory based on five modern scientific concepts is revealed, the theories of organizational development and organizational changes are considered, as well as a new methodology for the complex diagnosis of structural, managerial and cultural properties of the organization.
