The training manual discusses: the original complex structure of the production process, the content and levels of the organization of the implementation of the technical preparation of the production of a new product (product), justification of decision -making for the release of "novelty". It contains a new approach to organizing discrete production of orders and the production of small series of products by applying the graphological method. The original methodology for organizing streaming production is given, especially the calculation of interoperational backlogs and the construction of the diagrams of interoperational backlogs. The organization of auxiliary and service production is considered.
