On complementary cultural trends and laws of trade in trade

The book publishes the unfinished work of the outstanding Russian scientist L. I. Petrazhitsky "On complementary cultural trends and laws of trade development", which was written in 1911, in the most fruitful period of scientific creativity-the period of teaching at St. Petersburg University, and the University of St. Never published before in Russian. In a small work on the history of economics and culture, the author tells about how the economic culture of one people affect the development of the culture of another, how both of them become complementary in relation to each other. By complementarity, the author understands the mutual enrichment of cultures of different peoples at different levels of development, as a result of international trade.
