The monograph is a creative result of scientific consolidation of scientists and practitioners related to a deep interest in the problems and prospects of the development of budget law. The presented study is aimed at the formation of a comprehensive and systematic approach to understanding the transformation of the basic foundations of budget law in the context of digitalization.
