This publication provides the text of a new plan of accounting accounting for financial and economic activities of enterprises, as well as instructions for its application, approved by order of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated October 31, 2000 No. 94n. This plan of accounts and instructions apply to all organizations that are legal entities in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (except for banking, insurance and budgetary organizations)
