Prices for goods or services in the same market are usually the same for all buyers. However, in some cases, there are not the same, but discriminatory prices. Discriminative (non -controversial) prices should be understood more broadly than one of the categories of monopoly prices, because they are "affordable" and such classes of sellers who are not monopolists. In some cases, unheated prices are useful for both the market participants and for society as a whole, in others they are harmful. Since the state may be a monopolist, the book addresses the issue of state property, the delimitation of taxes and economic payments received in favor of public authorities, analyzes the experience of levying payments for scarce and inconsistent natural resources. Examples are given from domestic and foreign practice, mainly from the field of water economy.
