The modern development of universities passes through a number of not immediately obvious transformations. Attempts to develop a single model for evaluating effectiveness do not always give an objective view of the ongoing processes of correction of the role of universities in modern society. Methrias and assessment of activities used by rakers in recent decades are an attempt by synthetic qualimetric analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of modern universities.
