Modern legal and media technologies of anti -corruption in the Russian Federation

The scientific and practical manual is devoted to the study of modern technologies for combating corruption. The work accumulated the results of interdisciplinary research obtained as part of the implementation of sub. “D” of paragraph 21 of the National Plan of Combating Corruption for 2018-2020, approved by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2018 No. 378. The concept, evolution and place of anti-corruption technologies in the system of opposition measures of corruption were examined in detail. The main provisions of the international anti -corruption conventions and recommendation documents of international organizations in this area were analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to both traditional (anti-corruption examination, anti-corruption monitoring, settlement conflict), and the latest anti-corruption mechanisms, including evaluating corruption risks, media and information and communication technologies. A distinctive feature of the manual is an analysis of the effect of digitalization on electronic anti -corruption. Based on the study, conclusions and proposals are formulated to improve domestic legislation. For researchers, practicing lawyers, teachers, students and graduate students, as well as for a wide range of readers interested in issues of overcoming corruption
