This publication is the first book on the territory of the former USSR, in a systematic form describing many years of experience of a consultant for managing in specific Russian conditions. The main property of the management consultant is methods (methods, technology, procedures) that allow him to involve managers in the consulting process, help them to identify and successfully solve managerial problems, to reveal new opportunities and development prospects for organizations. Therefore, the book sets out a system of methods covering the entire consultation process: from initial negotiations with a potential client and organizational diagnostics to the development of decisions and implementing real changes in organizations.
