This book is addressed to specialists engaged in the operation of large information systems built using the 1C: Enterprise technological platform, and is a set of methods and approaches to ensure the technological quality of information systems. In the preparation of materials, practical experience of the work of the commands of large information systems on projects of competence centers on the technological issues of 1C (CCTP) was used. The book contains theoretical information about the organization of operation and describes practical methods, the analysis of settings of various components of the information system is given. In addition, the basic methods of localization and investigation of problems are described, examples of solving specific applied operations of operation are given. The authors tried to take into account the reviews of readers of the first edition of the book, supplement and process the material for the formation of a more integral picture of the operation process. In this publication, examples of operation practices used on real large implementations were also added. It is recommended as a methodological material in preparation for the certification 1C: Ex -guatter of large information systems
