The fact that the “ideal leader” does not exist, because one person is simply not able to fulfill all four roles necessary for the effective management of the organization: to be a producer of results, an administrator, an entrepreneur, and an integrator. The place of the non -existent “ideal leader” should be occupied by the complementary team of managers, each member of which knows how to perform one of the roles perfectly, and owns the rest at an acceptable level. At the same time, it is important that there are no leaders who concentrate on only one role, completely forgetting about the rest. Such distortions make management ineffective and threaten the fate of the organization
