Methods of making optimal decisions in conditions of complete certainty are presented. The methods of linear optimization, quantitative methods in the management of reserves and project management are considered. The presentation is entirely based on the consideration of realistic managerial situations, their formalization, optimization and analysis using computer methods. To analyze most examples, MS-Exel electric tables were used. When considering the project management topic, MS-Projekt is involved.
