The work considers the main theoretical and methodological provisions on the implementation of innovative processes at innovative-oriented enterprises in the modern economy. To this end, the issues of the functioning of production and corporate structures (PKS) of information and logical management of management and engineering and economic aspects of the development of innovation in the PKS are outlined.
